Endurance Fence Solutions, LLC (EFS) was formed from the belief that we will provide exceptional service and quality for a fair price. We are a small, locally owned business that focuses on quality over quantity. Servicing the greater Triangle area in North Carolina, EFS offers installation on a full line of aluminum, vinyl, chain link and wood fence products.
Customers are our lifeblood. Big job or small job….it doesn’t matter. We want every customer to be happy that they chose EFS for their project. Our crews are some of the best in the business. Each one of them is very respectful, courteous, professional and they all have years of experience.

Holly started with EFS on day 1. Her responsibilities include saying hello to all who enter the office, cruising around to job sites with our owner, inspecting bags of food and protecting co-workers from the squirrels in the office backyard.
Holly’s best attribute is her love for people. If she sees a customer heading toward the office she excitedly waits at the door with her tail wagging.
Off hours, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, snacking, and going for walks.
PJ started with EFS in April 2021 as our Office Manager. She brings a wealth of office and administrative knowledge to the team. Her responsibilities include customer relations, scheduling estimate consultations, tracking job progress from approval to installation and keeping the office running as smoothly as possible. While she is new to the fencing industry, she has over 30 years of experience in customer service.
PJ grew up in NC and has just moved back after living in CA and AZ for last 10 years. She and her husband live near the Holly Springs area with their 3 rescue dogs, Ruby, Rosie and Jack. Their daughter, MacKenzie, is currently living in St. George, UT where she graduated from college in December 2020. PJ is excited to be back in NC and is looking forward spending time with friends and family.
Brian started with Endurance Fence in April 2021 as our Residential Sales Representative. He is the first face our customers see and works to quickly develop a trusting relationship with each client. Brian will meet with customers on site for estimates, prepare their job quote and work with each customer to get their fence project under way.
Brian is new to the fence business but has 30 years of operations experience in the printing and paper field. With that kind of experience he understands the need to be truthful to our customers. He knows operations will have to fulfill his promises to the customer and his word is on the line. He’s honest, thorough and has a great sense of humor.
Brian grew up in Ohio but has lived in NC for 20 years and resides in Holly Springs with his wife. They have 2 daughters. One is a recent graduate and the other is a current student at Western Carolina University. If you have an hour or two of time please ask him about Led Zeppelin being the greatest band in the history of the universe.
Brandon started with EFS in June 2020. His main responsibilities include submitting tickets for utilities to be marked (811’s), reconciling sales orders from vendors, and updating the constant changes in material pricing. His focus is to make sure we can start our jobs on time and making sure the materials will be correct in quantities and pricing.
Prior to EFS, Brandon worked for Walgreens and served for 10 years on the Board of Directors for the ARC of NC. He grew up in the area and graduated from FVHS in 2006.
On his down time he enjoys running with friends, NASCAR, country music and Mountain Dews.
Jose started with Endurance Fence in November 2022. It didn’t take him long to make a positive impact and impress us with his knowledge, hard work and skill set. He moved from New Jersey in the summer of 2022 and has worked in many different fields. He enjoys working with his hands and power tools. Particularly, Jose likes designing and fabricating creations from nothing. He states that work with Endurance Fence has been great and it has allowed him to sharpen his skills and put his knowledge to work. We all look forward to Jose growing his role within the company!
Wendy started with EFS in February 2022. As our Customer Advocate, her main responsibility is making sure no job stalls. She works for the customer and pushes each job forward. Wendy is one of the main reasons we can turnaround jobs so quickly. Her duties include material ordering, drafting layouts, customer communication, managing data and assisting with quotes. Wendy is a strong leader and exudes joy. We are lucky to have her on our team.
Wendy grew up as a navy brat spending her childhood along the coasts of the Atlantic, Pacific and the Gulf. She is an avid runner and can frequently be seen blowing past you as warp speed. Is there a holiday that needs celebrating? She has a plan. Fat Tuesday…she brought king cake. St. Paddy’s day…she brought leprechaun hats and green beaded necklaces. Holidays are more exciting around the office now thanks to Wendy! She is truly one of a kind.
Sarah started with EFS in December of 2022. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, community outreach and communication to our online presence. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from South Dakota State University; and also studied abroad at Manchester Metropolitan University in England. Along with her husband, they moved to the south from South Dakota in 2012. They love to travel and they love calling Holly Springs home since 2014; along with their three children!
Sarah has a background in creative writing and public speaking; ad development and social media marketing; event and party planning; great people skills with previous work and volunteer experience in retail stores, community theater, restaurants, bars, breweries, medical offices, universities, education, city and state offices, banks, hotels, and the Air National Guard. She is excited to add Fences to the list!
Mark Campbell has been involved in the installation of fencing since 2006. He owned a successful fencing company from 2006-2017. After working for another fence company for a couple years he left to return to business ownership and started EFS. Having lived his younger years in VA, KY, MD and WV, he settled into the Raleigh area in 2001. Mark and his family moved to Holly Springs in 2005.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing bass guitar, traveling and being involved in the community. In recognition for his work in the community with an advocacy group for the disabled, Mark was recognized as the 2016 Holly Springs Citizen of the Year. He was also awarded the 2024 Parrish “Ham” Womble Distinguished Service Award and the 2022 Business Leader of the Year both by the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce. Mark volunteers for the Launch Holly Springs initiative serving on the mentorship committee. Launch Holly Springs is a community-based program dedicated to supporting low-resource entrepreneurs to build successful businesses that enhance the local community. Mark is on the Board of Directors for the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Holly Springs Rotary Club and is one of the founders of the Holly Springs Run Club. He manages the Santa Letter program for the Town of Holly Springs. Every year Mark and EFS collect the letters from the mailbox and (with a network of volunteers) opens, reads and crafts a personal response to all letters that contain a return address. EFS purchases all the envelopes, stickers, tattoos and stamps required to mail the response letters. Annually, there are between 1500-2000 letters. Mark said, “It is such an honor that the Town trusts us to handle the program for them. It’s one of our favorite things to do for the community that has supported us so well.”
