Endurance Fence Solutions, LLC (EFS) was formed from the belief that we will provide exceptional service and quality for a fair price. We are a small, locally owned business that focuses on quality over quantity. Servicing the greater Triangle area in North Carolina, EFS offers installation on a full line of aluminum, vinyl, chain link and wood fence products.
Customers are our lifeblood. Big job or small job….it doesn’t matter. We want every customer to be happy that they chose EFS for their project. Our crews are some of the best in the business. Each one of them is very respectful, courteous, professional and they all have years of experience.

Meet Holly – People Greeter
Holly has been part of Endurance Fence Solutions since day one and takes her role as People Greeter very seriously. Her responsibilities include welcoming everyone who walks through the office door, cruising to job sites with our owner, carefully inspecting any bags of food that enter the building, and keeping a watchful eye on the squirrels in the office backyard.
Holly’s greatest talent, however, is simply loving people. When she spots a customer heading toward the office, she’s usually waiting at the door—tail wagging and ready to make a new friend. She’s been a beloved part of the EFS team from the beginning and makes sure no visitor goes unnoticed.
When she’s off the clock, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and, of course, snacking. Like any dedicated employee, she believes in maintaining a healthy work-life-treat balance.
Meet Brian Turner – Sales Representative
Brian joined Endurance Fence Solutions in April 2021 as our Residential Sales Representative and is often the first face our customers meet. From the initial consultation through the start of their project, Brian works closely with homeowners to understand what they’re looking for, discuss their options, prepare a detailed estimate, and help them feel confident about moving forward.
Before joining the fence industry, Brian spent 30 years in operations within the printing and paper industry. That experience gives him a valuable perspective on sales—he understands that the promises made to a customer have to be carried out by the team in the field. He takes that responsibility seriously and is known for being honest, thorough, dependable, and always ready with a great sense of humor.
Originally from Ohio, Brian has called North Carolina home for more than 20 years and lives in Holly Springs with his wife. They have two daughters, both proud Western Carolina University Catamounts.
If you happen to have some extra time during your appointment, just ask Brian about Led Zeppelin. You may be there a while.
Meet Wendy Armstrong - Project Coordinator
Wendy joined Endurance Fence Solutions in 2022 and quickly became an essential part of our team. A Navy brat, she spent her childhood along the Atlantic, Pacific, and Gulf coasts, learning early how to adapt, stay organized, and keep things moving. For more than 20 years, she and her husband have called Holly Springs home, where they raised their two daughters and have remained active in the community.
As our Project Coordinator, Wendy plays a key role in keeping projects moving from approval to installation. She prepares project layouts, coordinates schedules, orders materials, and helps make sure our crews have what they need for a successful installation. Her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to double-checking the details help keep each project on track and ensures nothing gets overlooked.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys staying active by running, walking, and playing tennis. She brings that same energy and determination to EFS every day.
Meet Brandon - Community Relations Coordinator
Brandon has been part of Endurance Fence Solutions since June 2020 and has played an important role in our team from the beginning. After several years working behind the scenes, Brandon has stepped into a new role as our Community Relations Coordinator.
In this role, Brandon helps us stay connected with the customers and communities we serve. You may see him sharing updates and videos on social media, visiting past customers, or heading out with our owner to personally deliver referral checks to customers who have recommended Endurance Fence to their friends and family. He enjoys meeting people and helping us show our appreciation to those who support and recommend EFS.
Before joining Endurance Fence, Brandon worked for Walgreens and served for 10 years on the Board of Directors for The ARC of North Carolina. A local through and through, he grew up in the area and graduated from Fuquay-Varina High School in 2006.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys running with friends, NASCAR, country music, and Mountain Dew.
Meet Jay Aguilar – Operations Supervisor
Jay is a recent addition to Endurance Fence Solutions, bringing more than seven years of experience as a fence contractor and project leader. With a hands-on background overseeing projects from start to finish, Jay coordinates field communication, assigns crews, and manages last-minute changes to ensure every project runs smoothly and every customer receives a first-class experience from start to finish—and beyond the finish line.
Originally from California, Jay has called the Triangle home for more than 20 years. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has served the community as a pastor. Today, Jay continues his commitment to serving others by leading several Bible study groups and investing in the lives of those around him.
Meet PJ Davis - General Manager
PJ joined Endurance Fence Solutions in April 2021 and currently serves as General Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in customer service, administration, and leadership, she helps oversee the day-to-day business, including customer experience, internal processes, and overall business operations. She works closely with the EFS team to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the level of service, communication, and quality customers have come to expect.
A North Carolina native, PJ returned home in 2021 after spending 10 years in California and Arizona. She and her husband, Shaun, live near Holly Springs with their three rescue dogs, Ruby, Rosie, and Rocky. As a pastor’s wife, PJ is actively involved in their church and enjoys serving others in their community. She and Shaun also enjoy spending time in Texas with their daughter, son-in-law, and new granddaughter, MJ.
Meet Mark Campbell – Endurance Fence Solutions Owner
Mark Campbell founded Endurance Fence Solutions in 2019, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the fencing industry and business ownership. Having worked in fencing since 2006, Mark built EFS with a commitment to quality workmanship, honest business practices, and taking care of both customers and employees. Those principles continue to guide the company today.
Mark has called the Raleigh area home since 2001 and moved to Holly Springs with his family in 2005. He believes strongly in giving back to the community that has supported EFS and leads by example through his involvement in a variety of local organizations and community projects.
One of those projects—and an EFS favorite—is the Town of Holly Springs Santa Letter Program. Each year, Mark, the EFS team, and a network of volunteers collect, open, read, and personally respond to approximately 1,500–2,000 children's letters that include a return address. EFS provides the envelopes, postage, stickers, and other supplies needed to make each response a little extra special. Mark considers it an honor that the Town trusts EFS to handle the program for them. It’s his favorite way to give back to the community that has supported EFS so well.
His commitment to the community has earned him several honors, including 2016 Holly Springs Citizen of the Year, the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce's 2022 Business Leader of the Year, and the 2024 Parrish "Ham" Womble Distinguished Service Award.
When he's not working or volunteering, Mark enjoys traveling, playing bass guitar, and spending time with his family. His belief in serving others, building relationships, and investing in the community continues to shape the culture of Endurance Fence Solutions.
